Requirements

• Security Escorts shall be able to read and follow detailed written instructions and be able to clearly communicate instructions in English to un-cleared personnel being escorted.
• Security Escorts must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Security Escorts must be physically fit to work the hours required by the task/job defined by the EP.
• While performing escort duties, the Security Escort is required to stand for extended periods of time, walk to and from job sites, climb stairs, use fingers to feel objects or controls, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and reach with arms and hands.
• Job conditions may require working indoors or outdoors in hot, cold, wet, or noisy environments.
• Must be a US citizen
• Must possess a current Top Secret-SCI with Poly Clearance

Duties

• Tasks will consist of access control (such as confirmation of identification), conducting inspection of visitors and hand-carried items and along with monitoring and escorting visitors at site. When escorting visitors, the Security Escort shall keep all uncleared visitors in sight at all times.
• Escorts are needed Monday through Friday during the day shift work hours. Starting time and length of shift will be specified in individual escort requests.

Duration

• Contract length is 6-8 months
• Contract period of performance begins immediately

Salary

• Standard salary is $25/hr. However, if candidate has existing healthcare coverage (e.g. Tricare), or opts out of healthcare coverage, they will receive an additional $4.80/hr for health & wellness, in lieu of medical benefits.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (Preferred)
• Escort: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Top Secret (Preferred)
