General Statement of Duties
Assist with the organization and implementation of all campus activities; provides support and assistant to the Senior Director of Student and Campus Services on the Leominster Campus, enrollment and advising staff, SUCCESS coach, full and part time faculty instructors, and students/guests/visitors. Answer multi-line phone, greet visitors, and schedule appointments. Requires occasional evening and/or weekend hours with appropriate notice and as directed by the Senior Director of Student and Campus Services.
Responsibilities
- Collect and process confidential college documentation for students, faculty and staff;
- Distribute proper information to third parties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; Provide appropriate resources, information and direction to guests/students;
- Greet all visitors to the campus and provide assistance and referral as necessary;
- Schedule appointments for services available both on the Leominster Campus and at MWCC in general; Provide support to affiliate services like Adult Education, Enrollment Services, Academic Affairs, ESL/ESOL programs;
- Compose, answer, and distribute correspondence and handle telephone and walk-in inquiries;
- Maintain records and files related to Leominster Campus operations;
- Provide support and information as required to APEX Property Management to ensure the safe operation of the campus facility;
- Manage campus room schedule and reservation;
- Work closely with Academic Affairs to ensure course registration and room assignment;
- Perform Banner entry tasks;
- Maintain databases and files in support of assigned campus programs;
- Supports food pantry operation;
- Perform other job related duties as required or assigned by the Senior Director and/or designee.

Job Requirements:**
Minimum Qualifications:*
- Applicants must have at least (A) three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in office work, or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below.
Substitutions:
I. A diploma as evidence of graduation from the commercial or business course of a recognized high school or vocational/technical high school may be substituted for a maximum of one year of the required experience.*
II. A diploma as evidence of graduation from a course other than the commercial or business course of a recognized high school or vocational/technical high school or possession of a Massachusetts high school equivalency certificate may be substituted for a maximum of eight months of the required experience.*
III. A diploma for completion of a one-year, full-time, or equivalent part-time, program in a recognized, non-degree granting business or secretarial school above the high school level may be substituted for a maximum of one year of the required experience.*
IV. A diploma for completion of a two-year, full-time, or equivalent part-time, program in a recognized, non-degree granting business or secretarial school above the high school level may be substituted for a maximum of two years of the required experience.*
- Education toward such a degree or diploma will be prorated on the basis of the proportion of the requirements actually completed.

- Must be comfortable working in a busy environment balancing multiple demands.
- Proficiency with M/S Office suite required.
