WinnCompanies is searching for an organized and detail-oriented Clerk of the Works. This person will be the point of contact and interface between the construction team, development team, management company and property owner during the rehabilitation of the property.
This position will last about 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Work with the construction supervisor and coordinate with the security company to ensure the proper number of guards are available daily for construction activities. Issue keys to security company and collect keys at the end of the day.
- Prepare and coordinate the delivery of notices to the residents. Evaluate resident complaints or damage and report back to the property manager.
- Attend and participate in construction meetings to understand the construction schedule and monitor.
- Ensure the safety of the residents during the rehabilitation project. Notify and stop work if the work is deemed to be unsafe.
- Ensure the construction company housekeeping is maintained on a daily basis.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of similar experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
