Morgan Records Management is adding a Client Account Manager to our Medical Records Team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. This position will be the point of contact for clients that are transferring medical record custodianship. Team member must be professional and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to create a smooth transition of medical record custodianship
- Addressing client’s questions and concerns during the transition process and afterwards
- Responding timely to all inquiries received via email, mail, and phone calls
- Collaborating with internal and external staff daily as needed
- Other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA
- Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute efficiently and accurately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Adobe, Excel)
- Must pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
