The role of the Client Service Reprsentative is critical to client experience. This role represents the company through excellent customer service as the first point of contact for clients. Duties include managing check in processes, scheduling appointments, answering calls, verification of insurance coverage, and meeting the various needs of both client and the team. The Client Service Representative is a member of the outpatient team and may often individually run the operations of the clinic. Additionally, administrative duties may include processing medical records, running reports, managing mailings, and more.
This position is a valued and essential team member who will be a part of a close knit team in an incredible organization.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in customer service roles
- Must maintain a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident auto insurance liability coverage and must be able to present proof of that coverage.
