Client Services Coordinator

Horizon Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a boutique registered investment advisory firm located in mid-town New York City. The firm specializes in providing tailored investment advice and solutions to high net worth individuals and families. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Client Services Coordinator to join their team. This is a growth-oriented role that involves actively supporting the client service team and communicating with clients as well as office admin support.

Job Details:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9am-5pm
  • Mid-Town Manhattan

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the client service coordination team in multiple areas including:

  • Managing client data
  • Confirming and scheduling client meetings
  • Handling multiple calendars
  • Conducting mass communications
  • Communicating directly with clients
  • Providing telephone support
  • Assisting with mail and check processing
  • Providing office administrative support such as maintaining and ordering supplies, binding, copying, etc.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree is required
  • 2-3 years of prior experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Strong team player who works well with others
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and manage time effectively
  • Clear and pleasant telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function well in a dynamic team environment

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of $60,000 per year
  • Bonus opportunity
