Summary
The Client Relations Customer Service Representative will work side by side with the Operations Team to gain knowledge and further understanding of revenue growth, customer service, and operational excellence for mid-size clients. This individual will have exposure to all departments within the organization to better understand Diversified Maintenance as a whole, and find their
true passion. The purpose of this opportunity is to foster a long-term, growth-oriented relationship between the client and the organization to help create growth.

*Job Duties*

  • Target, discover, qualify, verify, present and validate additional business with existing

regional customers making 30 visits per month.

  • Work side by side with operations team to transition additional business and create

solutions for growth.

  • Maintain a high-level communication with customers, operations and client relations

leadership.

  • Develop a strategy map for all clients in the CSR domain.
  • Use a consultative approach for solutions and additional revenue.
  • Prepare and present client solutions with regular proposals on facility services.
  • Manage negotiations to achieve Diversified growth and profit objectives.

  • Extensive travel primarily by automobile
  • Sales acumen a must
  • Client relations skills essential
  • Computer skills Microsoft Suite, SalesForce, CMMS, Pronto and IScout
  • 20% overnight travel and weekly reporting on all KPI’s
