Your Role

The Clinic Engagement Specialist develops positive, long-term relationships with physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare systems to support and improve financial and quality performance.


Role Description & Necessary Experience

The Clinic Engagement Specialist works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex business development problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules to achieve goals, and influences quality of life improvement for Medicare patients.

Drive Engagement. Meet with PCPs and key provider stakeholders to build formal business relationships within clinically integrated networks. Stakeholders include PCPs, Specialists, SNFs, Dialysis Centers, Hospital Systems, and ASCs.

Promote Collaboration. Partner with payor market teams to ensure alignment with provider engagement strategy and tactics. Develop preferred provider collaboration and workflows.

Document and Maintain Scorecards. Maintain documentation on provider engagement and network efforts including contractual documents and CRM inputs as needed. Support development of provider scorecards with IT team.

Support Care Team Objectives. Partner with Honest's clinical team to support care team objectives related to network goals. Show proficiency in Honest's business model and speak to qualitative data outputs in provider facing meetings.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree and a proven record of engaging PCPs, Specialists, and hospital systems.
  • Experience supporting quality initiatives in a value-based model of contracting, leveraging pay for performance and healthcare trends.
  • You must be able to manage multiple priorities and keep up with Medicare policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Functioning in a remote work environment, you must be able to travel to local provider sites as necessary and demonstrate a high degree of executive presence in conducting meetings and presentations.
