General Summary/Responsibilities:

The Clinical Coordination Center Intake Clerk provides administrative support for patient care area. These duties include flexibility by 100% remote from home using Home Care Home Base System, data entry of referral information, benefit verification, initial authorization of services, initial patient contact, and other duties as assigned.

  • Typing proficiency of a minimum of 35 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational skills as well as excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, creative and proactive with staff and customer needs.
