This position is part of the Information Technology Team, which is responsible for administering a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment delivering email messaging and M365 services to the NorthPoint Development family of businesses. This position is primarily focused on supporting M365 cloud-based applications and services.

What You’ll Do
Google Workspace maintenance and administration.
Managing M365 cloud services, e.g., (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, etc.).
Active Directory maintenance and administration.
Scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, etc. to improve processes.
Azure Infrastructure maintenance and administration.
General Windows Server (2012-2019) administration.

Who You Are
Experience with Google Workspace in medium-scale environments is preferred, but not required.
Able to work collaboratively with a team of administrators on the delivery of services.
Provide excellent customer service to the NorthPoint Development family of businesses.
Able to handle medium to large-scale projects affecting the entire organization.
Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.
Confident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside parties.
