Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cognitive/Behavioral Therapist Coordinator to provide direct supervision to Cognitive Therapist and Behavioral Therapist (CT/BT).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for all Cognitive and Behavioral Therapists new hire training and orient new staff.
- Assist Cognitive and Behavioral Therapists with goal development.
- Review periodic documentation (i.e. daily notes, goal plans, assessments).
- Review non-billable reports regularly and follow up with staff.
- Monitor Days to Submit report and follow up with staff.
- Provide team meeting training to staff.
- Collaborates with Regional Rehabilitation Director.
- Provide regular supervision with Cognitive and Behavioral staff to check in and answer questions.
- Maintain a direct therapy caseload as able; Coordinator may be asked to assist in crises and launching new consumers.
- Audit and track BRIEF reports and strength based cognitive assessments.
- Participate in required trainings and meetings to track needs, make assignments and submit hiring needs.
- Participate in hiring process which includes conducting interviews for CT/BT.
- Supervise CT/BT Regional Leads.
- Work with CT/BT Clinical Supervisors to plan, coordinate and host CT/BT Supervision webinars.
- Coordinate/co-host Coordinator question and answer meeting(s) for new staff.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Capability to work independently, specifically as it relates to setting your schedule of weekly sessions

- Capacity to effectively plan, coordinate and work within with many aspects of a consumer’s life

Education and Experience
- High school and/or GED required with experience in related field or a bachelor’s degree or higher highly preferred.
Requirements
- Some lifting required for consumers with physical needs
- Requires good verbal skills and listening ability
- Must be able to read and write
- Basic technology proficiency
- Have reliable transportation, as appointments may be spread across multiple cities
- Responds to emails, texts, and voicemails within one business day
- Processes outstanding tasks within one business day
- This role is a mandated reporter to Adult Protective Services and Child Protective Services
