Central Bank is seeking to hire a Commercial Loan Officer in our Jefferson City offices. As a Commercial Loan Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring existing portfolios risk rating, while negotiating terms and structing loans based on risk. We will rely on you to solicit, develop, and underwrite new loans, while appropriately assessing and pricing origination, fees, and other services. In this role, you will work with variety of new loans, such as construction, commercial, interim, and permanent financing request. Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. We are looking for candidates that high achievers, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a team environment. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields, and 3-5 years of banking experience.
