Pay Range: $55,000-65,000 annually plus competitive benefits
Spanish Bilingual differential: $1,560 (as qualified)
Position Type: Full-time / 40 hours per week
Expected Hours per Week: Mon-Fri; 8:00a-4:30p with the ability to flex hours to accommodate business needs.
Location: Main Administration- 5706 Wright Dr. Loveland, CO 80538
Remote Eligibility: Level 2- This position is expected to work onsite but may be allowed to work from home intermittently in some cases.

Summary: As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support the goals of our organization. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify key communication opportunities, develop messaging, and execute tactics that engage and inform our stakeholders. You will lead a team of communication professionals to deliver high-quality work that meets our organization's standards and brand guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Develop and implement communication strategies that support the goals of the organization, including messaging, tactics, and measurement plans.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify and prioritize communication opportunities that align with business objectives.
Manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that all work is aligned with organizational standards and brand guidelines.
Oversee the development of key communication materials, including press releases, talking points, executive presentations, and internal communications.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in communications to ensure that our organization stays ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that communication efforts are coordinated and consistent across all channels.
Develop and manage the department budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing vendor relationships.
Monitor and report on communication metrics, using data to inform and improve communication strategies and tactics.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing a team of communication professionals.
Familiarity with communication tools and technologies, including social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans that support organizational goals.
Knowledge of current communication trends and best practices.
Experience in crisis communication and issues management is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in communication or related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
Pre-employment screening requirements: Ability to pass all pre-screening requirements, must be 21 years or older, and possess a valid U.S. Driver's License with a good driving record as verified with an MVR check.
Language Skills and Ability: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language with preference of bi-lingual in Spanish.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM, graphic design, and video production, is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has a direct report and must be able to collaborate effectively across locations with various department staff members.
Work Environment: This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.

Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
