Grady Management, Inc, one of the metro area’s leading property management firms is seeking a Community Manager for Lync at Alterra Apartments, a 200+ unit Class-A apartment community, located in Hyattsville, MD.

This position involved all aspects of day-to-day operations including:

• Resident relations
• Rent loss control
• Rent collections
• Coordinating service requests
• Supervising staff

The ideal candidate will have:

• Certified Occupancy Specialist
• LIHTC Certified
• Tax Credit Certifications
• Three-plus years of tax-credit multifamily property management experience
• Experience with enterprise systems such as RealPage and Yardi
• Ability to communicate effectively with both management and ownership
• Experience with managing teams including employee relations, scheduling, and staffing
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Have an eye for detail and high curb appeal standards.
• Implementing and administering policies, procedures, and programs that will assure the property is well managed.
• Proficient computer skills are required including MS Office and accounting knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing rules and regulations.

Some weekend work may be required.
