Organization Overview:
- Provide 1:1 In-Home and Community Based Support to individuals.
- Assist individuals with achieving a variety of goals in the home and the local community.
- Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreation activities.
Requirements:
- Minimal of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Must have a valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance + Vehicle Registration + Background check
- Must be willing to drive Individuals in the personal car throughout the community.
