Sweet Home is seeking a highly qualified Computer Repair Technician for the school district. Associates degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Minimum of three years of experieince in IT support of a multi-user environment. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and team oriented. Expertise with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems. Apple certification preferred. Experience with group ploicy, active directory, NTFS/profile permissions, and AD integrated DNS/DHCP. Linux/UNIX, maintenance or wired networks (ethernet and fiber optic), deployment of classroom applications, database servers including MySQL and Filemaker Pro, wireless networks, deployment and maintenance of Mac and PC lab. Familiar with Help Desk/IT ticketing system usage, JAMF/Casper MacOS management.
