Lake Ridge Fellowship House is hiring a Concierge for its Senior Living community located in Woodbridge, VA. PURPOSE OF POSITION: Greeting Residents, prospects and visitors. General office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Greeting residents, prospects and visitors making them feel welcome and comfortable. Answer the telephone and direct calls to appropriate person or taking messages as needed. Provide information to residents and prospects to direct them to restaurants, transportation and current local events. Accept deliveries and track packages, maintain refreshment area, follow up on completed maintenance requests.
OCCASIONAL FUNCTIONS: Receives, sorts and direct incoming mail and outgoing mail. Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services. Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: High School Diploma
SOFTWARE USED: Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Sedentary role, will need to be able to sit, bend, stoop, stand and walk.
