Construction Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will lead a team of Superintendents from project start to finish. You will use a Gantt chart to schedule and track job deadlines. You will be hiring Superintendents, Subcontractors, Vendors and tracking job costs. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology. They should work well with others, be highly organized, detail oriented, meet deadlines and, budgets. Successful candidates must have residential or light commercial experience as a Superintendent, Experience managing a small team of direct reports, a dedicated office space to work from home, Experience with Microsoft office products and the ability to troubleshoot low level computer issues.

• Hire and fire Supers, Subs, Vendors
• Create Master project schedule
• Manage resources – Staff / Subs
• Manage resource coordination
• Create job reports
• Identify and free up bottlenecks
• Oversee permit process
• Maintain safety standards
• Oversee customer experience
• Debrief budgets with auditor

Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000
