We are actively searching for a Customer Experience Coordinator to give a unique, customized and thorough Customer Service experience to all consumers we engage with. We raise the bar in consumer engagement and connecting people with the right products and services to suit their needs. Our goal is simple. To develop relationship-based customer service opportunities that expand the brand’s vision and consumer bottom line.
As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will receive extensive training, in person and virtual support, and one-on-one mentorship, to become fully equipped as an expert in the industry and the brand of our organization. Of course this is added to the innate ability to interact with customers in a positive way!
Customer Experience Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Role models outstanding customer service for the team
- Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
- Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality and professionalism (especially when handling customer complaints)
- Takes an active role in training and mentoring new Customer Service Representatives
· Implementation of marketing directives and sales strategy on a local level in assigned territories to engage consumers and assist in relationship development with the brand
· Track and report measures of success in the market
· Receives feedback from the customer, client and the market and relay to the management team
· Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and constructive feedback
· Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness to increase brand awareness through team expansion
- Work collaboratively with upper-level management and the sales team to evaluate the customer service tactics and discuss ways to improve the closing ratio while maintaining high compliance and positive customer reviews

- One year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per week
