Position Overview:
This in a Full Time temporary assignment which could lead to a regular position at the end of the assignment.

You will have an opportunity to earn $1500.00 in bonuses for this position.

Here’s how:
  • After the successful completion of 30 days of employment you will receive an additional $250.00 bonus.
  • After the successful completion of 60 days of employment you will receive an additional $250.00 bonus.
  • After the successful completion of 90 days of employment you will receive an additional $1000.00 bonus.

Overview
The Content Management Specialist at Lakeland Bank will assist in the scanning and indexing of all physical and electronic content related to Banking operations. The candidate will possess general knowledge and understanding of retention requirements, along with ability to correlate specific document types with their assigned retention time-frames.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify expansive variety of electronic documents and index to their corresponding Document Type.
  • Identify data points and index to appropriate keywords.
  • Provide quality control review on electronic documents.
  • Perform document scanning and quality review of imaging content.
  • Correlate documents and files according to retention requirements.
  • Provide support to Content Management Team in relation to any project initiatives and miscellaneous duties as they arise.
  • Assist with the OCR training and testing of documents, identifying document types and data elements.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Skills Required:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience with OCR (optical character recognition) technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to understand retention guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
  • Advanced problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to modify schedule on occasion to accommodate business needs.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Able to think critically and logically.
  • Must be Bondable.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience in data processing, clerical/administrative support and operating corresponding equipment.
  • Intermediate proficiency using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
