As a Trex Contractor Development Manager, you’ll be managing the overall TrexPro® network growth by increasing exposure, knowledge and usage of core TrexPro program elements in our Mid-Atlantic region.
A member of our Sales Team, you’ll be helping us meet take advantage of market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in our sales strategies.
DUTIES
Sales Team Development:
- Ensure all new hires on the Sales Team receive TrexPro program training for at least three days within their first month of employment.
- Train the Sales Team to improve their prospecting capability through the existing dealer network and leverage our Customer Relationship Management system to effectively lead sales calls with TrexPro contractors.
- Work with Sales Representatives to ensure conversion targets are met for current stocking dealers, TrexPros and TrexPro candidates. Maintain records of completed targets and delegate tasks to sales representatives in our Customer Relationship Management system.
Customer Segment Business Development:
- Collaborate with District and Regional Sales Management to identify and quantify dealer growth opportunities through TrexPro workshops with decking customers.
- Lead and measure Sales Team efforts to ensure full optimization of the TrexPro network.
Financial Management:
- Manage marketing funds for overall TrexPro growth and business development funds to support strategic initiatives.
EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree, along with a minimum of seven years of related sales experience is required. An additional three-to-five years of key account responsibility and/or three-to-five years of successful personnel management experience is also required. If you’ve worked as an account manager, you’re Trex material for sure.
Have experience executing sales strategy and account planning to exceed sales goals? You’ll fit in just fine.
