Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that nurtures a culture of trust, productivity, and adaptability.
• Establish, in coordination with senior management, financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, rolling forecast, and reporting standards on a biweekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
• Involved in all aspects of transactions, including tracking shareholder information and holdings, working with outside legal counsel, and communicating with the board of directors and senior management.
• Ensure legal compliance by maintaining all federal and state business and liquor licenses, excise tax filings, sales tax filings, and maintaining records.
• Assist senior management in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term operational strategies.
• Monitor the company’s financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, with preference given to candidates with experience with Microsoft Power Query / Pivot.
• In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 3-8 years’ experience in a working environment.
• Professional certification is preferred, such as CPA (certified public accountant) or CMA (certified management accountant).
• Experience in budgeting or financial planning is considered an asset to this position.
• Experience in the Beer Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
