Dietary Cook

- No late nights, will be finished by 8pm!
Responsibilities:
- Adhering to sanitation policies as required by local, state, and federal standards
- Following established standardized recipes for quality results and assuring that serving time deadlines are met consistently
- Assisting with checking food deliveries and processing invoices
- Inspecting and assuring that all items are accounted for, signing invoices, and submitting to Dietary Office
- Assisting in monitoring in sanitation standards
Education/Experience/Licensure- Certification
· · Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
· · Experience as a Cook in a long-term care or senior living environment highly preferred
