The Partner Manager’s goal is to partner cross-functionally with internal SHI teams such as Partnerships & Marketing, SHI’s Advanced Solutions Group, Communications, Learning and Development, and Overlay teams to support SHI & partner initiatives. Overall success is measured against partner revenue attainment, growth of partner portfolio, and coordination of strategic Go to Market priorities.
This position will report to the Director- Corp Field Partnerships in the Corp Partnerships & Demand Generation. This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsible for Revenue & GM growth with designated partners throughout SHI Corp- Develops Corp Go to Market (GTM) plan and co-selling strategies with partners that outline activities and expectations to drive SHI and partner sales goals
- Conduct Quarterly Business Plans to track progress against Corp GTM Plan
- Build relationships with Partners to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth
- Understands and aligns partners’ priorities, strategies, and goals with SHI
- Responsible for partner Big Deal pipeline management
- Enable Corp Sellers to identify opportunities by driving awareness of new products, solutions, use cases and promotions
- Align key stakeholders within the sales and technical organizations to key partners
- Leverage internal & partner data to execute Demand-Generation strategy
- Work with Corp Customer Engagement team to execute In-Market event strategy
- Coordinate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to develop partner training activities aligned to Corp Sales priorities & KPIs
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year in a Corp Inside Sales/Outside Sales position or Partner Vendor support role

- Knowledge of the assigned partners’ industry at a local market, national and global level
