Job description

Responsibilities:

-Pay attention to the court at all times and be interactive with the participants.
-Advocate guest satisfaction (WoW!)
-Advocate risk management
-Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and keep it safe.
-Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
-Assist with court inspections
-Perform general maintenance/ custodial duties as requested
-Pitch and Sell Memberships

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-Prior work experience is preferred, but not required
-Available nights, weekends, and holidays
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to speak in front of groups
-Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
-Ability to provide excellent customer service

Salary: $13.00/hour + Commission on Membership Sales

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
