OVERVIEW

Alo Moves, a leading on-demand yoga, fitness, and mindfulness platform by Alo Yoga, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their creative team. Core to this role will be defining, developing and launching systems and processes that support the creative and marketing teams. The candidate must be able to work in quick and rapid iterative cycles, have the creativity and humility to formulate new ideas and approaches, be oriented towards experimentation, and above all, use data and structured thinking to inform their approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a team of graphic designers, copywriters + video editors to allocate creative resources based on workload and prioritization
  • Plan, direct and coordinate projects to ensure on-time completions within budget
  • Identify and troubleshoot process inefficiencies; develop solutions in partnership with the cross-functional teams, audit and streamline processes to create more operational efficiency
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Managers to drive cross functional end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from strategic planning through creative execution and implementation
  • Support collaborating teams to build out and manage content strategy and operational process for the seasonal planning and post production lifecycle.
  • Evaluate creative briefs, direction, and marketing strategy to determine project scope and requirements necessary for project execution and success
  • Proactively create and manage complex, cross-functional calendars and clearly communicate and hold responsible parties accountable for their tasks
  • Lead and provide agendas for daily creative stand up and art reviews with graphic designers, art director, and channel leads
  • Provide daily and weekly status updates to upper management and channel leads
  • Maintain and enhance process within project management software (Asana)
  • Forecast deficiencies and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions
  • Manage budgets, manpower, expenses and costs to complete

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum (5) years relevant experience in a subscription business, health/wellness and or beauty/apparel
  • Effective oral and written communication skillsExperience managing projects with crossfunctiona teams
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office Familiar with Asana project management systems is a plus
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Self-driven, superb attention to detail, team player, and solution-oriented
  • A deep love for yoga, fitness, and the desire to produce the most creative health and wellness content in the industry is a must.
