Our global healthcare agency client’s goal is to be the world’s best company at creating meaning connections using creativity, media, and innovation to inspire healthier lives.

To that end, our client is looking for skilled Creative/Marketing Project Managers to work on respiratory brand that is a wonder drug with multiple indications. These roles are 40 hours a week, remote, paid once a week via W-2, evening shift 4pm - 10pm/Midnight for East Coast Candidates, Open To West Coast as well, on a month-to-month assignment.

What You Will Do:

  • This is a position in healthcare Pharmaceutical Promotional Marketing Communications Team, targeted to both healthcare professionals and consumers. As a key part of the Project Management Organization (PMO), as Project Manager, you will spearhead planning, direction and coordination of all delivery-related activities of client engagements and ensures that project goals are met within the prescribed timeline, funding parameters and scope.
  • Partner with management and Account Teams to determine objectives, timelines, pricing, deliverables, staffing plans and resource allocation.
  • Utilize Waterflow and Agile Project Management tools to expedite delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Own agency-wide integration of PMO methodologies and terminology and maintains ongoing compliance with online workflow tools.
  • Maintains an open, clear line of communication regarding information and direction across practices and departments to ensure all members of delivery team are aligned on requirements.
  • Conduct scrums and internal project status meetings with cross-functional teams, such as Account, Creative, Strategic Planning, UX, etc.).
  • Participate and present client status meetings with Account Manager.
  • Prepare daily project and resource status reports to keep management, client and teams informed of updates and manage the quality assurance phase for all projects
  • Develop and maintain organized project documentation using agency- designated project management tools.
  • Direct and motivate Account Managers, Delivery Team Members, and Client Staff to ensure projects are on track and requirements are met.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of advertising in the health and wellness space and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy and tactical planning.
  • Proactively track resource needs across all projects and works with resource management to fill gaps and maximize capacity.
  • Prepare accurate and timely estimates, builds project plans, discusses contingencies and aligns to SOW. Generate monthly output forecasts and advises on revenue/work escalations, change orders and transfers when needed. Obtain vendor costs and timing when developing client estimates, clearly defines project assumptions and scope parameters.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • HCP and/or DTC experience at a healthcare advertising agency
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional guidelines is required
  • 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in digital, social, print and broadcast/video production
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with Project Management software and tools including Agile, Scrum and AOR are desired.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of individuals and personalities.
  • Solutions-oriented problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt to a fast- paced environment and multiple workstreams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
