WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Customer Service Rep will provide customer service in the behavioral health care environment assisting adults and/or families accessing services.

This is a full-time position at 40 hours weekly and includes the following responsibilities:

• Performing customer service
• Scheduling appointments
• Billing and data entry work in an electronic health record database
• Working independently with minimum supervision
• Required to work some evening hours

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a customer service representative in a healthcare setting preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Computer experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate on our database
• Current valid driver’s license in the State of Florida
• Level 2 background screen and a negative drug screen
• Professional References
