Join the Amy Newland Agency - American Family Insurance Agency team in Colorado Springs!

As a customer sales and service representative candidates must have superb customer service skills. You will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies. You must have the ability to develop knowledge to prospect for new business and cross-sell opportunities using consultative selling techniques.

Position Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Two years of customer service experience OR One year of sales experience

· Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.56 - $15.00 per hour
