CUSTOMER ENGINEER - This is a contract to hire after 6 months.
Skillset:
Onsite IT Support work
Vaccinations required
2+ yrs relevant experience
IT End User support: Window's based desktop/laptop, printers, Monitor, keyboard, mouse, MS Office Applications, smart hands for networking team, internet connectivity issues, etc.
Some PC OS Image loading, OS & Software patching, firmware updates
Experience working with a Ticketing system such as ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting methodology, Critical thinking skills, problem-solving, Time management
Reliable, task oriented, sense of urgency, wants to learn/grow
Strong End User communication skills
High school diploma minimum
Update Ticketing System via ServiceNow based on priorities, severities, escalations, updating and closing tickets
Work with Union people as necessary
Optional
Mac computer support is very beneficial
Certs: A+, Network+, etc.
