Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, knowledgeable individual who shares our vision and mission for success to join our team.

This is a full-time remote position with 20% of field time. The Customer Service Representative is the liaison between the clients and the Operations team.

***Bilingual is preferred but not required (English/Spanish)

REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to attend in-person intial training for 2-3 weeks

· Customer Service Experience

· Ability to multitask

· Ability to work under little to no supervision

· Be Personable

· Computer/typing skills

· Attentive to details

· Reliable and Responsible

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Answering phone calls

· Booking cleaning appointments

· Hiring and on-boarding new team members

· Training new team members

· Dispatching crews

· Assisting cleaning leads

· On-site estimates

· Job site inspections

· Personnel payroll review

· Handle customer complaints

· Manage supplies purchases

· Order uniforms / badges

· Any additional task as informed by the Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
