Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Pay rate: $16/hr

Education: An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED

Experience: 2+ years of call Centre experience

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Provide overall quality customer service including demonstrating patience, communicating empathy and understanding through both tone and manner, and active listening skills.

· Production environment with daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Must be driven and motivated to exceed individual and team goals.

· Ability to function independently as well as in a group

· Maintain a confident, helpful, and positive tone on all calls.

· Adaptable to changing environments.

· Ability to think independently, make decisions, and be productive while adhering to company standards and guideline

· Ability to provide quality customer service during every interaction with health plan members

· Drive Organizational goals – productivity, quality & Net Promoter Score

· Stable internet connectivity with 50mpbs speed

· Stable power supply.

· Must have a quiet workspace area.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer between 80-90 calls and expect to be on the phones for at least seven hours daily talking to members
• Actively profile and introduce new services daily that are beneficial for the member
• Ability to successfully screen health plan members through inbound/outbound calls using client provided workflow to check eligibility for a state sponsored program
• Efficiently manage customer calls and multiple computer applications
• Stay informed with current knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
