We are looking for passionate and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to work remotely in the health industry. This job opportunity is a contract-to-hire call center position and will become available to start in November.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be receiving inbound calls and our main goal is to solve the issue of the customer the first time regarding the situation they are calling for. Performing processes when required, verifying information, data entry, and supplementing follow-up.

We offer:

• The pay rate is $16.53/Hr.
• Start date November
• Shifts are available between 8 am to 8 pm.
• Monday to Friday

• Provides 5 weeks of in-depth training with all employees needing 100% attendance

Education, Requirements, and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-4+ years of solid experience in a call center, front office, health industry preferred,
• Requires each employee to have their own dedicated workspace to have no distractions during their workday.
• Strong communication skills (presentation, written, verbal) and reading comprehension
• High-quality telephone etiquette
• Adaptable, flexible, and organized
