Cenveo, a world leader in the management and distribution of print and related offerings is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in its City of Industry, CA facility.The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years of Administrative Customer Service experience in Envelope, Printing, or Paper Product manufacturing.

Job Summary
Under minimal supervision and guidance, acts as liaison between customers, sales and manufacturing departments by providing product and service information.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Creates estimates and communicates information directly to customers and/or Sales Reps.
- Creates manufacturing orders ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Expedites or revises job orders as needed.
- Communicates with customers, sales staff and manufacturing personnel concerning order status.
- Communicates shipment and delivery information as needed.
- Assists in the resolution of concerns or complaints from customers.
- Manages art files; works with graphics department to send and receive proofs to update orders.
Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title. However, these functions may be reassigned to other employees as part of a "Reasonable Accommodation" under the ADA.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Environment is typically general office, though the incumbent may spend short periods in the manufacturing environments with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature. Occasional exposure to one or more unpleasant or hazardous conditions 6% to 20% of work time.
- Incumbent constantly required to hear, speak, articulate and use manual dexterity.
- Incumbent regularly required to stand, walk, use color vision, grasp, reach and sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Incumbent occasionally required to lift an/or carry up to 25 lbs.
- The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of Administrative Customer Service in Envelope, Printing or Paper Product Manufacturing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, experience with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail.
