Customer Service Representative

Now hiring a part-time customer service representative for a local medical equipment office!

Shift : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

$16 / Hour

Potential for Full Time

Job Duties / Requirements

Make and answer phone calls

Data entry

Assist in over-the-counter sales

Receives orders by telephone or fax and prepares all necessary paperwork to ensure timely delivery and set up

Review and process all paperwork related to billing and collection

Obtain and verify insurance coverage for all documentation to be included as part of the customer file

Review, prepare and maintain all documentation to be included as part of the customer file

Receive and distribute all incoming mail

Clarify orders received

Collect payments from customers

Conduct a weekly inventory of retail sales items and arrange for the reorder of depleted stock

Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

Be capable of sound and mature judgement

Possess excellent telephone skills and an ability to interact with customers

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Other duties as assigned

Past customer service experience needed

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• Roseburg, OR 97470: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
