We are currently recruiting for full-time remote Customer Service Representatives to process inbound calls for our call center. We are looking for energetic, customer centric, detail-oriented individuals who fit in well with our strong company culture. The qualified candidates must be able to work the 11:30am – 8pm CST shift. (Please adjust hours to correspond in your time zone.) This position is fully remote and can be done from the comforts of your own home.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer a high volume of inbound sales calls generated through a variety of media channels from consumers interested in applying for pre-settlement funding

· Accurately document and present information regarding our products and services during phone interactions resulting in on-boarding of new customers

· Meet sales goals and key performance call center metrics while working accurately and efficiently

· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to show empathy when addressing customer concerns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School degree or equivalent, some college preferred

· 1-2 years previous experience in a high volume call center environment

· 1-2 years previous sales experience in retail, hotel, cellular, and other desirable

· Computer proficiency with minimum typing of 35wpm

· Must be able to handle a high call volume while maintaining high sales performance goals

· Experience using online chat in a high volume call center

· Ability to work in a team environment, follow call scripts and procedures, adapt to change and balance multiple priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be able to pass thorough background investigation

· Must be available to work the 11:30am – 8pm CST shift

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to remain seated for long periods of time

· Available to work overtime and change shifts as required by business needs; including periodic weekends.
