Telemarketing Rep Wanted!
Canady’s Precision Air has an immediate opening for a Telemarketing Rep to work in a fast-paced call center environment. As the Telemarketing Rep, you will handle inbound calls from customers regarding various questions and/or appointments. You will also place outbound calls to customers in the efforts to book appointments.
We are currently looking for a full-time representative (40 hours per week). This is an entry level position with potential for growth. The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications:
- Positive Attitude
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service
- Strong communication and resolution skills in order to handle difficult calls both courteously and professionally
- Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail and Service Titan (a plus)
- Detail-oriented, ability to follow instructions, prioritize, and multitask
- Work well with others; work in a team-oriented environment
The Customer Service Rep. converts incoming service request into booked calls for our Service Technicians. The CSR is the first line of communication with current and potential customers and serves a key role in building the customer relationship as well as setting the customers’ expectations about the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Successfully convert requests for service into booked appointments to meet individual and team KPI goals
Correctly identify customer needs and overcome objections that may impede call booking
Accurately collect and enter all necessary customer information into the service database
Answers all calls with a sense of urgency while providing superior customer service at all times
Communicate professionally and effectively with Dispatch and Service teams to ensure proper customer handling
Follow-up with customers to ensure overall satisfaction with customer experience and service
Effectively handles all other lead sources; such as web leads and answering service messages.
Successfully performs opening and closing duties.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
Work cross functionally with dispatchers and other departments to ensure the customer is fully taken care of
Responsible for the distribution of service window updates to all service teams.
Capture and distribute customer concerns to the appropriate service team(s).

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
High school diploma required
3+ year experience working in a customer service role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Sales experience a plus

Customer Service Representative:
The Service Representative will uphold the company mission to provide a world class customer experience and best in class customer satisfaction within the Customer Care Department. The Customer Service Representative turns customer service inquiries into sales opportunities. The CSR provides customer service support to both our customers and to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely and efficient manner. The Customer Service Representative will act as the customer advocate to ensure that our brand promise is delivered with every customer interaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound phone calls for service requests, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer information by utilizing our software and customer information systems
- Converts customer service inquiries into sales opportunities
- Initiates required response and action to customer service requests for customer order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer account files and immediately communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments
- Delivers best in class service to both internal and external customers
- Read and understand departmental memos, promotional materials, procedure changes and implements those process and procedures immediately
- Coordinates the response for difficult and/or unusual situations or requests
- Responds efficiently to customer inquiries and resolves all customer service requests
- Closely follow company and departmental procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality
- Provides input and suggestions to the Customer Care Manager to further enhance the customer experience
