Schedule: Full Time, 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Under general direction of the General Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor directs and supervises the daily activities of the Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Supervisor provides resolution for all customer issues and ensures proper documentation is obtained for all transactions.Essential Functions:
- Ensures paperwork and data entry are completed accurately for all customer transactions.
- Monitors compliance with operational policies and procedures directly affecting Customer Service Department.
- Ensures courteous/efficient service is provided to patients and referral sources.
- Troubleshoots and corrects customer service/delivery issues as needed.
- Assists with hiring, trains and performs competency and performance evaluations on Customer Service Representative and Billing Clerk.
- Determines work procedures and adjusts work assignments to expedite workflow.
- Assists in performance improvement and accreditation activities.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- High school diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
