Job Summary:

This is an important position that effectively handles inquiries from customers, clients, and wholesalers via phone, email, and social media. This position is best suited for self-motivated, long-term minded, career-driven individuals who are ready for an opportunity in a holistic health environment. The Customer Support Associate is the main point of contact for product and order-related support, via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat during business hours (M-F 8 am-5 pm).

Job Functions (include but not limited to):

  • Primary contact point by store chat, email, phone, and Facebook for all order and product-related matters (phone orders, shipping issues, refunds, discounts, order tracking, returns, exchanges, online buying issues, dispute resolutions, recurring billing, etc.). This includes inbound and outbound contact.
  • Working with and coordinating through our warehouse, shippers, consumers, clinics, and vendors to ensure product order accuracy for all orders.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling on every phone interaction through the communication of current promotions, new products, related products, etc.
  • Monitor internal company Facebook pages/groups and respond to product and customer service questions.
  • Manage webstore chats coming from clients and customers and assist them with their needs.
  • Resolve customer order discrepancies/questions/needs with a sense of urgency in a team environment.
  • Assist the rest of the product and business development team in clerical, administrative, and marketing functions as needed.
  • Collaborating with internal departments on various projects and needs within the network.

Requirements and Skills:

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required in the eCommerce sales field.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Outlook and Excel applications.
  • Help product teams increase revenue by driving sales through customer support, product knowledge, promotions, recurring orders, and various sales opportunities.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to learn third party software applications.
  • Proven professionalism and confidence in written, oral, and verbal communications in a sales environment.
  • Professional commutations etiquette must be maintained at all times.
  • Building and establishing relationships through various platforms of communication.
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage priorities and time to be able to quickly change from one project/duty to another.
  • Ability to rapidly learn our third-party software platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proper phone etiquette and salesmanship. Previous phone sales/support experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow through on various projects.
  • Effectively handle complaints, evaluate options, and generate solutions within our network.
  • Team player with flexibility and adaptability to embrace a diverse working environment.
  • Travel to local events 2-4 times per year. Occasional weekend work needed at events.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, to-do lists and handle multiple action items simultaneously
