Hello! I'm searching for an experienced Data Analytics Manager for a full time/direct hire job in Columbus, OH. This job will be hybrid, on-site and remote. Candidates must be local-ish to Columbus, OH. Meaning they must be able to drive to the office a few days and week and for important in person meetings. This role is not a people management position. The focus will be on managing the company's data and reporting (especially within HR department and HR systems) using their existing systems and making recommendations for suture systems decisions. This person will oversee systems change management and provide support for systems maintenance, reporting, and upgrades. Ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of data and reporting experience. Good communication and presentation skills are very important for success in this position. This is a great opportunity to join a proven and successful company in Columbus!

Salary range for this direct hire full time job is from $110-140K and will be determined by experience level.
