Data Entry Specialist $24/hour
6 months (could be extended)
Work Schedule: 8 hours a day (9am - 5:30pm), with minimal overtime availability.

  • Will they work remotely initially or start onsite on day one? Day 1 at office or plant for Initial orientation and to get computer than remote until post COVID. Then they must return to the office when the team returns post COVID

The Data Entry Specialist will work as part of the Reliability team to enter P&ID Data into eMaint (CMMS) software.

  • Responsibilities will include organizing Data formats and validating existing Data within eMaint.
  • The work schedule is 8 hours a day (9am - 5:30pm), with minimal overtime availability.

Job Description
o Align eMaint Assets to the company's P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Drawings)
o Data Entry Quality Control
o Gather and Load Image files into eMaint
o Help create Data Structure and Entry standards
o Extract data and run reports from eMaint System
o Create Data Entry PowerPoint Trainers
o Confirm and/or correct existing Data within Emaint
o Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
o Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
o Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA and MSDS Standards
o Successfully complete all assigned trainings

Required Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or GED
o Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
o Must have the ability to learn new computer database systems (eMaint or other programs)
o Must be organized with attention to detail and ability to follow directions to meet deadlines
o Ability to follow all work instructions
o Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be very capable of regular interaction with maintenance personnel, reliability engineers, and managers. Communication will be in person, on the phone, and via video conferencing.
o Must be a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges
o Must be able to work from their home location up to 100% of the time.
o Must be able to keep track of assignments and time spent on assignments.
o Preferable that candidate has experience with CMMS programs such as eMaint or SAP PM

Work Conditions:
o Work environment may be a combination of remotely from home location and on site at a manufacturing facility
o Work environment is at the manufacturing location in a shared cubicle alongside the Project Lead. (Reliability Engineer)
o Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
o Comply with all company safety policies

Physical Qualifications:
o Significant manual dexterity for keying in data for long periods of time

Must be able to pass both drug and background assessments.
