The Data Integrity Specialist will have call center and data entry experience in their background. This position is a contract to hire position in the Maitland/Altamonte Springs area. This is a hybrid role.
Schedule: Hybrid | Monday - Friday | Midday shift | Onsite
Pay: $18 - $18.50 an hour
- Conduct both inbound/outbound calls regarding questions on memberships, fees, listing, and compliance with rules and regulations
- Input data via Excel and Pivot Tables for Data Entry
- Manage high volumes of emails
- React to any irritated customers and issues from other departments
- Maintain a professional relationship with vendors, customers, shareholders, and staff
