We are currently seeking an experienced Database Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Development and Mission Advancement (DMA), you will be is responsible for data integrity, improvement, analysis, donor research, database and website integration, payment portal management to maximize fundraising revenue, communication impact, and outreach.

In this role as Data Coordinator, you will:

· Serve as the primary liaison with Salesforce and/or other database platforms; Coordinate and maintain donor record integrity by importing and updating addresses

· Maintain the agency’s database including routine data improvement, data auditing, practice enforcement

· Manage records and donor relations for monthly donor and other pledge programs; Track and report on fundraising progress and donor trends.

· Process gifts, batch entry, donation coding, prepare back-up gift documentation, matching and employee contribution campaign gifts.

· Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for accurate reconciliation with Finance Department.

· Develop and maintain queries/exports for direct appeals, email campaigns, publications, events, and ad hoc projects.

· Provide all reports/queries required for management, boards, and financial reconciliation between departments.

· Support and inform organizational fundraising efforts with data analysis reporting for fundraising through Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).

· Follow OSHA regulations, and ensure all staff follows OSHA regulations, including universal precautions.

You’ll need:

· Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, High School Diploma required.

· 2 to 4 years of experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Word and Excel.

· Ability to translate technical information to other colleagues.

· Exceptional time and project management skills in a deadline-driven environment

· Outstanding presentation and written/verbal communication skills,

· Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work with diverse people and groups in multicultural environments.

· Flexible schedule a must.
