Columbus Family Dental in Columbus, NE is hiring for a full-time dental assistant position. No Experience Needed as we are willing to train the right person. Experienced dental assistants are also welcome to apply.

If you would like to work in a clinical setting and help treat patients then this may be the position for you! If you have customer service experience or experience working with people then you could make a good dental assistant! We are seeking a hard working, motivated, organized, and reliable team player to join our dental practice.

The office hours are Monday-Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-6. No evenings. No weekends.

Responsibilities

• The duties of the dental assistant include assisting the dentist in different types of dental procedures, reviewing patient charts, preparing patients for treatment, setting up the operatory, disinfecting the operatory, taking digital x-rays, sterilizing instruments, answering patient questions, assisting the hygienist, and helping in the front office as necessary.
