We are a 100% Dentist-owned multi location practice (not corporate) looking for a Dental Hygienist that wants to be proud of where they work. Full time, part time, or temp! Keep your schedule full with consistent hours, no more going home early because your day fell apart, or only having enough patients to fill 2 days a week!

Our hygienists make the highest end of the market with our robust compensation and benefits package. Our Hygienist:

• Hourly rate guarantee and option for bonus compensation with opportunities to make in the $60+ an hour range
• Completely digital workflow from cloud based software, digital intra and extra oral imaging, iTero scanner, and up to date instrumentation and equipment.
• One hour scheduled per patient for recare and per quadrant of scaling

Skills

• Degree in Dental Hygiene
• Valid WA state Registered Dental Hygiene license
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
• Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
• Outstanding communication skills
• A patient and friendly personality
• Attention to detail
• Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job

Pay: $90,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
