Job Description

We are looking for a Department Lead to join our team and oversee the daily operations and strategy of our organization’s department.

Department Lead responsibilities include managing people and providing communication and updates to Senior Leadership within the organization throughout the year.

Ultimately, you will be working with a group of employees within a department to ensure out organization meets its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

· Set strategic long and short-term goals and evaluate outcomes.

· Motivate staff while facilitating personal growth.

· Ensure high levels of productivity are maintained.

· Guarantee the highest levels of quality are met.

· Communicate job expectations to staff.

· Conduct training for new and current employees for continued skills development.

· Create and foster a productive working environment.

· Establish adherence to company and industry regulations.

Requirements & Skills

· Proven work experience as a Department Lead or similar role.

· Self-motivated and confident.

· Highly organized and diligent.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Relevant training and/or certification as a Department Lead
