Reports To: Deputy National Finance Director

Job Classification: Salary Exempt

Work Location: Hybrid (WFH & DC Headquarters)

This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.


Responsibilities Include:

  • In partnership National Finance Team, manage and execute the day to day fundraising operation on behalf of Frontline (incumbent) Members and Red to Blue candidates;
  • Staffing events conducted on behalf of Frontline (incumbent) Members and Red to Blue candidates;
  • Preparing call time, donor meeting, and event materials as necessary;
  • Staffing DCCC principals in call time, donor meetings, and at events;
  • Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one cycle of political fundraising experience;
  • Travel is required for this position;
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Commitment to the election of Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives;
  • Familiarity with Democratic political actors and landscape;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and NGP;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Superior time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

About the DCCC:

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, research support and management consulting. In addition, the DCCC’s Independent Expenditure supports these campaigns with television, radio and other voter contact efforts. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country.
