JOB DESCRIPTION
A client of Insight Global is looking for a contractor to join their DevOps tools engineering team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting all tools that this team owns including but not limited to Github and Artifactory. They will be interfacing with customers and helping them through issues that might arise regarding the tooling. These individuals will receive support ticket and have to email, Slack, or video call the client in order to resolve the issues. This individual must have a response time of 24 hours of less.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of Systems Engineer Experience
- Strong user experience with Github and Artifactory
- Scripting Experience in Bash or Python
