Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CX strategists, designers, integration specialists, operations, and other key stakeholders to identify story telling opportunities that are compelling, engaging, and concise from pitch to publication.
  • Support the development and implementation of user-centric marketing plans and related assets for the high-visibility workplace experience program.
  • Produce multimedia content that is engaging, compelling and strategic, including videos, graphics, and articles.
  • Create graphics that support stories such as infographics, presentations, templates, etc.) for multiple platforms including newsletter, social media, SharePoint, and future channel.
  • Manage multiple projects from proof of concepts, gaining feedback to publication, and measuring success, across different mediums at the same time; planning for both internal IT audience and external corporate wide audience
  • Make recommendations based on research and user testing that help deliver the best communication experience for users.
  • Understand CX design, industry communication standards, trends and leverage them to support program objectives.
  • Ensure content is consistent across presentations, platforms, and channels, is relevant to users, aligns with organization objectives, and our brand look and tone.


Skills Required:

  • Experience with graphic design or video production tools including Adobe tools Experience in Marketing
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, team player, who can also work independently with minimal guidance
  • Knowledge of UX and CX design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, problem solve, and multitask
  • Ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into non-technical user-friendly messaging that reflects an understanding of the users’ experience
  • Ability to see others’ viewpoints and gracefully accept and implement appropriate feedback while upholding a strong point of view (drive to win/win outcomes)
  • Ability to construct quality work plans and deliverables from minimal definitions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills Strong writing skills & knowledge of AP Style


Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing and marketing communications
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud
