The Digital Designer will work on our digital platform as part of the Digital Marketing group in the Marketing & Strategy department. This position will require being detail-oriented, process-friendly, and have the ability to work within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include, but will not limited to:

• Create user interfaces, using front-end code in HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Use advanced CSS techniques
• Use the web content management system – Sitecore 9 – to edit/create pages and assist others with adding/editing content in the CMS
• Make recommendations for improving web sites
• Proven ability to collaborate with other web, Marketing partners and IT resources
• Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, user interfaces and comp designs
• Usability experience with a focus on solution-oriented content and user experience

Skills and Experience Required:

• Creative execution with an online portfolio of design samples
• Expert experience with HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Expert experience with enterprise Content Management Systems
• Closely follow trends and developments in technology and integrates them into our environment and practices.
• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and Development or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of digital design and developer experience (agency and/or in-house experience accepted)

Skilled and Experience Preferred:

• Experience with Agile development practices
• Examples of working with dynamic, data-driven internet applications
• Sitecore 9-specific experience
• HTML5 and CSS3 skills a plus
